About these terms

SocialDany is run by Yordan, a self-employed creative professional based in Europe (“I”, “me”). These terms apply to every project with SocialDany and to the use of this website. If your written quote says something different, the quote wins.

Quotes and booking

• Prices on the price list are starting prices. Before any work starts, you get a written quote with the scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
• A quote is valid for 30 days.
• Your date is booked once you accept the quote and pay the 50% deposit.
• Prices are in euros. If VAT applies, your quote shows it, and prices for private clients always include it.

Payment

• 50% deposit to book, 50% on delivery of the final files. Weddings and private celebrations: 30% to book, 70% on delivery.
• Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. Minimum terms are shown on the price list.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. Final full-quality files and website handover are released once everything is paid.
• Ad budgets, domains, hosting, stock media and other third-party costs are paid by you, directly or at cost.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• Moving a date: tell me at least 72 hours before and we'll pick a new date within 3 months at no cost.
• Cancelling more than 7 days before the shoot or start of work: I refund the deposit, minus any costs already paid, such as travel or bookings.
• Cancelling within 7 days: the deposit is kept, because the date was held for you.
• Weather: drone and outdoor shoots depend on the weather and flight rules. If it's unsafe or not allowed, we move the date at no cost.
• If I can't make it because of illness or an emergency, you choose a new date or a full refund of anything paid for that date.
• Monthly plans: after the minimum term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

If you're booking as a private person

If you book as a consumer (not for your trade or profession) and we agree the contract online or by email, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. If you expressly ask me to start within those 14 days, you pay for the work done up to the day you withdraw. If the service is fully delivered within that time at your express request, and you've confirmed you know this means losing the right to withdraw, the right ends. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected].

What's included

• Deliverables, lengths, formats and the number of videos, photos or pages are set out in your quote.
• Two rounds of changes are included. A round is one list of changes sent together. Extra rounds are €40 each.
• Changing the agreed idea after filming, such as new scenes or a new script, is a new request and is quoted separately.
• Delivery times on the price list start after the shoot, or once I have everything I need from you.

Your part

• Give me accurate information, feedback within 7 days, and access to the location on the day.
• Get permission to film at the location and from people who are the focus of the video, unless we agree that I arrange it.
• Make sure anything you send me, such as logos, music, photos or text, is yours to use.
• If I haven't had feedback 30 days after sending a version, the project counts as accepted and the balance is due.

Ownership and use

• Once everything is paid, you can use the final videos, photos and copy on all your own channels, website and ads, with no time limit.
• For videos and photos, I keep the copyright and the raw footage; you get the right to use the final files as described above. Raw footage isn't included unless you add it (see the price list).
• I may show the work in my portfolio and on social media, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Music is licensed for the use agreed in the quote, such as social media and your website. TV or broadcast use may need an extra licence.
• Websites: once everything is paid, I transfer the rights to the website's design and content to you in writing. Code libraries and fonts are used under their own licences. Domains and hosting are registered in your name where possible.

Websites and marketing

• Hosting, domains and third-party tools are provided by their own companies, under their own terms.
• Marketing results such as rankings, followers, clicks or sales depend on many things outside my control, so I can't guarantee them. I'll always tell you what I'm doing and what the numbers show.
• Ads run on your own ad accounts, and ad budgets are paid by you directly to the platform.
• Website care covers updates, backups and up to 1 hour of changes a month. Unused time doesn't roll over.

Delivery and storage

• Final files are delivered by download link, active for at least 30 days. Please keep your own copy.
• I keep project files for 12 months after delivery, then delete them unless we agree otherwise.

Liability

I take care with every project and keep backups of all footage while we work. If something goes wrong on my side, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that project. This limit doesn't apply to intent or gross negligence, or anywhere else the law doesn't allow it. I'm not responsible for indirect damage, or for delays caused by events outside my control, such as serious illness, severe weather or platform outages.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information private and only use it for your project. How I handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first and we'll try to sort it out together. If we can't, you can contact the Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or go to the competent court.

Using this website

The videos, photos and text on socialdany.com belong to me or my clients and are protected by copyright. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Prices on the website can change; your written quote is what counts.

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted the quote. Questions: [email protected].
