Event filming is €490 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and €890 for a full day (up to 8 hours). Both include a multi-camera setup and a 1–2 minute highlight video, with two rounds of changes. Full talks are edited for €120 per hour of talk.
The length of the event, how many talks you want edited in full, and extras such as drone shots (€120) or photos on the same day (€90). Travel beyond 30 km is charged per km. You get a fixed quote within 24 hours of sending the programme.
The highlight video is ready 10–15 working days after the event, and each of the two rounds of changes comes back within 3–5 working days. If you need it sooner, faster delivery is +30% when the schedule allows.
Yes. Travel within 30 km is free. Beyond that it's €0.25 per km, plus overnight stays at cost for events far away or over several days. I work across Europe and film a lot in Bulgaria. The travel cost is part of your fixed quote.
